HOW TO ORDER:
E-mail at manueljnorenac@gmail.com, or DM me through any of my social media describing your request. Please describe in detail what you are interested in, the requirements of the commission such as resolution, character pose, camera angle and if you want a specific armor or details please attach reference photos or images.
I will respond within two days at the most in order to discuss further detail, like exact price and deadlines. If necessary/asked, I will send you a written contract with all the information for the two parties (You and me) to sign.
PRICES (USD):
PAYMENT METHOD AND POLICY:
All payments will be done through PayPal. Commissions up to 150 USD must be paid up front in full before I begin working on any sketch. For commissions over 150 USD, you must pay 50% of the price up front and the remainder when the artwork is completed. The final artwork will be watermarked and with low resolution until full payment is received.
PROCESS:
Stage 1: Once the payment has been received I will start out and send you a rough sketch with up to three different poses for you to check them and choose one, at this stage you may request changes on the pose, expression of the character or proportions of its body.
Stage 2: When you've chosen a pose, I will draw a more refined line art incorporating the details you specified in the description, at this point I can add/remove/modify those details at your request.
Stage 3: After you’ve approved the detailed line art, I will add solid coloring and basic lighting/shading for you to check the "mood" or Look&feel of the scene, you can request changes in lighting or coloring if needed.
Final Stage: If all is approved I will proceed to render the final piece and you’ll receive the finished artwork as a high-res file at this point only if payment has been done in full.
Important Note: During Stages 1 through 3, Up to 3 revisions are FREE as long as they are pertinent to the stage we're at, for example: Make the eyes bigger on stage 2, change the hair color on stage 3 or lower the arms on stage 1. I will only charge you an additional fee if the changes require me to go back to an earlier approved stage and redo some of the work, for instance, if on stage 3 you request that I change the pose, this would require me to redo the details and coloring of the character. This additional fee would start out at 20% of base price but might go up to 50% depending on how extreme the modification is. So please in order to avoid this and possible delays, make sure you are certain of the things you want me to modify at each stage before approving it. NO major changes are allowed once the artwork is completed.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
I do not take any responsibility for problems caused without reading these terms. By commissioning me the purchasers (you) automatically agree to the following:
General Rules
I have the right to reject any commission.
Payment must be done before I start drawing any sketches.
I may take up to 2 weeks to finish the artwork, do not rush in short periods like hours or even the next day. I understand that you would want to have the artwork finished as soon as possible, but some things you cannot rush. When the commission details are discussed I will give you an estimated deadline. This deadline may be pushed due to requested changes.
Full or partial refund is ONLY available after the 2-week period mentioned above has been exceeded, or the established deadline has not been met, and the client asks for the refund. You will only get full refund if none of the steps of the Process have been completed. I.E. If the final line art and basic coloring are done, you’ll only get 30% refund. After the final arts have been completed no refund will be given.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Files will be sent through email, as a HI-RES image in Non-transparent PNG, JPG or transparent PNG format if needed.
COPYRIGHT
I take every copyright of the artwork as the creator of the digital art, but not of any intellectual property displayed in the art itself such as character, armors or environment designs of known franchises.
I have and retain the right to display the art on any site or place, make printable goods and showing it. If the client wishes the artwork to be private and exclusive, I can agree to that if it’s stated in the original requirements for the commission.
CREDIT
Do not claim the art as your own.
I must be credited every time the art is used or displayed in any way by adding my Instagram username art_of_mjnorenac or adding links to any of my pages on Artstation, DeviantArt or Facebook.
My signature must not be removed of the artwork, if it has to, then you must credit me in the ways mentioned above
For personal use, you get the right to use and repost it when you wish as long as you credit me. Merchandising or printing are prohibited.
For commercial use, an additional fee would be required, the ammount charged will depend on the artwork, and final use, If needed a written contract will be redacted and signed specifying these terms.
